Wildlife HARLU Basic setting: Based on the Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number: 84/Kpts-II/1993 Date: 16 February 1993 Size: 2000 acres Location: - government administration lies in West Nusa Tenggara Province Timur, Kabupaten Kupang, Rote Eastern District, - The forestry administration is located in East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Forestry Department, Branch Office in Kupang, NTT Forestry, Forest Resort Pemangkuan Sub East Rote. Coordinates: Situated on 123 "25 'North Latitude 42 -ª 35 south latitude, Boundary region: - In the north bordering the Strait of USU, - South side is bordered by the Timor Sea, - Bordering West Timor Sea - East side is bordered by the Timor Sea.
